What are your delivery times and how can I track my order?

Your bag is carefully crafted in a maximum of 15 days. Delivery time: 3 to 7 working days depending on your location via Mondial Relay. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Do you deliver internationally?

For the time being, we only deliver to France and Belgium.

What are the shipping costs?

Can I change or cancel my order after payment?

Orders are non-refundable. However, if you wish to make a change, you can contact us by email or via our Instagram messaging within 48 hours of your purchase, and we will review your request.

Returns

Can I return my bag if it's not suitable?

Returns and refunds are not accepted, except in the event of a proven major product defect. Any claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by photos.

What materials are the bags made of?

Materials may vary depending on the collection. You will find all detailed information about the materials directly on the product page of each bag.
How do I care for my bag?

Crochet bags must be handled with care. It is recommended to avoid water, excessive loads and machine washing in order to preserve their quality. Their durability and aging depend on their use and maintenance. No guarantee can be applied concerning natural wear and tear, deformation or alteration of the product linked to unsuitable maintenance, overloading or exposure to water or humidity. Product maintenance is the responsibility of the customer.
Are the bags limited edition?

Yes, our bags are offered in limited editions. Once a model is sold out, it is no longer available unless we decide to re-release the collection later.
